<p>We are looking <strong>"Project Manager (Basel III)"</strong> for Reputed Client @ Permanent Role.<br>Experience: 8-15 yrs</p><p><strong>Skills Expected:</strong><br>• Certified in Prince 2 or PMP.<br>• Business Analyst experience / insight.<br>• Good understanding of banking systems.<br>• Able to manipulate data.<br>• Prior experience and knowledge of Regulatory implementations and / or Basel III preferred.<br>• Prior experience in North/South America preferred.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Plan, execute, and manage regulatory projects according to established standards and procedures.<br>• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<br>• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.<br>• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.<br>• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.<br>• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.<br>• Track and manage project budget, resources, and expenditures.<br>• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.<br>• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.<br>• Facilitate change management activities and ensure smooth project implementation.<br>• Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements.<br>• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support when needed.<br>• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the projects.<br>• Collaborate with business analysts to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.<br>• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.</p>
