We are looking "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst" for Reputed Client @ Abu Dhabi Permanent Role.
Experience: 8-13 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for CRM enhancements.
• CRM Configuration: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the needs of the business, including designing and implementing workflows, forms, entities, and views.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity by defining data migration and integration strategies, data cleansing, and data validation rules within the CRM system.
• System Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate CRM system changes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and address any issues that arise during testing.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on CRM functionalities, ensuring proper adoption of the system.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into business performance and customer interactions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest CRM trends, best practices, and Microsoft Dynamics updates to identify opportunities for system improvement.
• Should be working for MS Dynamics CRM as a BA and also extended to further projects fro BA work
• Willingness to work as a test manager and project manager as and when needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology,
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (minimum 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
• Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM concepts, including sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with data migration and integration processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.
