• Ensure all logistic operations and supply chain are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• On-boarding logistic partner for PAN India and Export services
• Negotiations for best contract rate from the logistic companies
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Identifying and on-boarding manufacturer or vendors on PAN india
• Preparing budgets and forecasts for purchases and inventory
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
