Built as a Bridge
Reqroots was founded as a bridge between people looking for the right opportunity and organizations looking for the right person. What started as a regional recruitment firm now delivers pan-India, and increasingly across the Gulf.
The mechanisms of recruitment have changed considerably over that period. We changed with them — combining a deep candidate database, ATS technology and social media recruiting with something that never went out of date: recruiters who actually understand the domain they hire for.
