<p>Job Summary: <br> We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Cloud Management. You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ITOM solutions to support enterprise IT operations and automation goals.<br></p> <p>Key Responsibilities: <br> • Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including: <br> o Discovery (horizontal and top-down) <br> o Service Mapping<br> o Event Management<br> o Cloud Management<br> o Orchestration<br> • Develop and maintain a healthy and accurate CMDB<br> • Create and maintain mid-servers and ensure optimal performance<br> • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, SolarWinds) <br> • Configure probes, sensors, and patterns for accurate data collection<br> • Implement ITOM Health dashboards and reporting tools<br> • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions<br> • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ITOM configurations<br> • Ensure compliance with best practices and ServiceNow platform governance<br></p> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications: <br> • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM module<br> • Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management<br> • Experience with Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.) <br> • Familiar with ITIL processes<br> • Experience with API integrations and REST/SOAP web services<br> • Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud<br> • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (preferred) <br></p>
