
<p>Job Summary: <br> We are looking for a skilled and experienced ITOM (IT Operations Management) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, and should be proficient in developing and implementing ITOM solutions that help optimize IT operations. <br><p> <p>Key Responsibilities: <br> • Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions primarily using the ServiceNow platform. <br> • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, etc.). <br> • Maintain and enhance the CMDB and ensure its integrity and accuracy. <br> • Integrate ServiceNow with various infrastructure monitoring tools and external systems. <br> • Develop scripts using JavaScript, PowerShell, and other automation tools to support orchestration and discovery processes. <br> • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. <br> • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to ITOM modules. <br> • Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to best practices. <br> • Ensure compliance with security and quality standards. <br></p> <p>Required Skills: <br> • 4 to 9 years of total IT experience, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow ITOM. <br> • Strong experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. <br> • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Shell). <br> • Experience integrating with third-party monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace, etc. <br> • Understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB data models. <br> • Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and MID Server configurations. <br> • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. <br></p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: <br> • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM<br> • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification<br> • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification<br></p> <p>Soft Skills: <br> • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. <br> • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. <br> • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. <br> • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.<br></p>
