The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP GRC with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. This role requires leadership in design, development, and deployment of GRC solutions aligned with business and compliance needs. <br></p> <p>Key Responsibilities: <br> • Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of SAP GRC IRM modules (Risk Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, etc.) <br> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable GRC solutions. <br> • Design and develop custom applications and enhancements using SAP Fiori/UI5, OData, and ABAP. <br> • Ensure robust system integration with SAP S/4HANA and other platforms. <br> • Develop, maintain, and enhance BRF+ workflows and automated business processes. <br> • Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices. <br> • Troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and manage system performance. <br> • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, audit controls, and risk frameworks. <br> • Document all technical specifications, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and audit purposes. <br></p> <p>Required Skills & Experience: <br> • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP GRC development with specialization in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). <br> • Proficient in SAP Fiori/UI5, OData Services, ABAP, and BRF+.<br> • Experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a plus. <br> • Deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR). <br> • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. <br> • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment. <br> • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. <br></p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: <br> • SAP certifications in GRC or IRM modules. <br> • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools. <br> • Familiarity with SAP Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. <br></p>
