• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in corporate immigration, HR operations, or global mobility.
• Strong understanding of visa and work authorization processes (H1B, L1, B1
, Intra-company transfers, etc. for global roles).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / immigration tracking tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience working with US / UK / Canada / APAC immigration processes.
• Prior experience in a technology or consulting organization.
• Familiarity with HRIS or immigration management systems (e.g., Envoy, Fragomen Portal, etc.).
