
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent across various technologies, ensuring a strong fit with client requirements. This is a full-time opportunity based in Coimbatore, working in US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for US IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements in terms of skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
• Negotiate rates with candidates and vendors as per client budget.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Manage interview schedules, feedback follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, visa policies (H1B, GC, USC), and recruitment standards.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types.
• Experience in recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
