HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
  • Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates.
  • Use job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing.
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing Firm.
  • Strong sourcing and screening expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
