Account manager - US IT

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to lead and manage US recruitment accounts while overseeing a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving recruitment delivery, ensuring SLA compliance, mentoring the recruitment team, and achieving hiring targets. This role requires expertise in the US staffing industry, account management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned US staffing accounts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team performance goals. • Allocate requisitions based on recruiter skills, workload, and priorities. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. • Monitor daily recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, placements, and closures. • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and client SLAs. • Resolve client escalations and recruitment-related challenges effectively. • Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Required Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in US IT/Non-IT recruitment. • Minimum 4-5 years of experience leading recruitment teams. • Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories. • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools. • Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
