● 7–10 years of experience in Microsoft Wintel / Windows Server administration. ● Strong L3-level infrastructure support and troubleshooting experience. ● Strong scripting and automation experience. ● Experience supporting enterprise-class data center environments. ● Hands-on experience with physical and virtual server infrastructure. ● Provide L3 support for Microsoft Windows and enterprise infrastructure environments. ● Install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server environments. ● Manage and troubleshoot Hyper-V, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SQL Server, and related infrastructure services. ● Troubleshoot complex issues across on-premises, physical, virtual, Azure, and VMware environments. ● Design and implement Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions. ● Work with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, including security and compliance features. ● Troubleshoot Windows workloads on Azure and AWS platforms. ● Manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, Site Recovery Manager, vMSC, and Microsoft Hyper-V. ● Support physical server installation and enterprise data center infrastructure. ● Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy issues. ● Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and Python.
