Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada. Assist customers with product/service-related queries. Maintain customer records in CRM. Follow up with customers and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily productivity and quality targets. Required Skills: Fluent in Kannada (mandatory). Basic English communication.
