No of Open Positions: 01 DATA SCIENTIST About the Role: Are you passionate about building AI-driven solutions? We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing an AI-enabled ERP solution. You will work on designing scalable AI models, implementing ML pipelines, and exploring cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation. Additionally, this role will include managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and AI engineers, providing leadership and guidance to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Experience: 8-10 years Location: Trivandrum/Kochi (Remote option available initially) Key Responsibilities: • AI & ML Development: Design and build AI models from scratch, optimize machine learning algorithms, and integrate them into our ERP solution. • AI Pipeline & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain an AI development and deployment pipeline using cloud and containerized solutions. • Research & Innovation: Conduct R&D activities to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency. • NLP & Computer Vision: Work on sentiment analysis, NLP, and computer vision tasks to enhance product capabilities. • Model Deployment & APIs: Deploy ML models, create APIs, and ensure seamless integration into production systems. • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with product teams to explore AI’s impact and align AI strategies with business objectives. • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers. Provide guidance, training, and career development support to junior team members. • Leadership: Foster a collaborative team culture, ensure timely delivery of projects, and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team. Required Skills & Experience: • 8-10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles. • Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch). • Strong understanding of ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, optimization). • Experience with deep learning architectures (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM). • Hands-on experience with NLP (NLTK, spaCy) and computer vision (OpenCV, PIL). • Experience deploying AI models using Flask APIs, Docker, Kubernetes. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate AI concepts effectively. Preferred/Optional Skills: • Knowledge of Java and experience with software development best practices. • Understanding of SDLC, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Data Engineering concepts). • Ability to interact with clients and communicate AI-driven solutions effectively. • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to guide and develop junior members.
