Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Solution Architect Position Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Solution Architect Department: Enterprise Applications / ERP Transformation Location: [Insert Location] Reports To: Program Director / Head of ERP Transformation Position Summary The Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Solution Architect will be responsible for providing leadership, solution expertise, and architectural guidance in the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials. This role will serve as the key advisor to business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring the successful deployment of Oracle ERP Cloud in alignment with organizational objectives, industry best practices, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall solution design and architecture for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses. Partner with finance and business leaders to translate requirements into Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that optimize processes and enhance financial management capabilities. Define architectural standards, integration approaches, and data migration strategies in alignment with corporate IT policies. Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring high-quality configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Provide functional leadership to cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical developers, and system integrators. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations to gain alignment and approval on design decisions. Establish governance processes to manage changes, customizations, and extensions to Oracle ERP Cloud. Drive knowledge transfer, training, and user enablement to ensure sustainable adoption post-implementation. Stay current with Oracle product updates and industry trends, providing thought leadership on best practices and roadmap opportunities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline. Experience: Minimum 12+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementations in a Solution Architect or similar leadership role. Proven expertise across Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules with strong functional and architectural design experience. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale ERP transformation projects within complex, global organizations. Skills & Competencies: Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solution design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of accounting standards, compliance frameworks, and financial reporting requirements. Good to Have: Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in Financials. Oracle AI Certifications Preferred Qualifications Oracle ERP Cloud Financials certification(s). Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or related financial systems. Background in consulting (Big 4 or Tier-1 system integrators). Exposure to multi-country, multi-currency ERP implementations.
