Immigration HR

About this role

Job Summary: We are looking for an Immigration HR Executive to manage and support visa, work permit, and immigration processes for employees and consultants. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating with employees, vendors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with immigration laws and timely completion of documentation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process visa applications, renewals, and extensions (H1B, L1, B1, etc. as applicable). Assist in preparing and verifying immigration documents for employees and dependents. Maintain and update immigration databases and trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Liaise with external immigration consultants, legal teams, and embassies for timely updates and case management. Support onboarding and mobility processes for international hires and deputations. Ensure compliance with immigration and labor laws and maintain proper records for audits. Provide regular status updates and reports to HR and management. Handle employee queries related to visa, travel, and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR or immigration coordination (preferably in IT or consulting domain). Good understanding of visa types, documentation, and compliance processes (India/US/Global as relevant). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with immigration consultants or global mobility teams. Knowledge of US, UK, or Canada immigration procedures (if applicable). Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
