Job Description – System Administrator (5 Years Experience) We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing servers, hosting environments, network infrastructure, and enterprise IT support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Linux and Windows administration, web hosting management, security configurations, and troubleshooting enterprise systems. Mandatory Skills Cpanel / WHM Firewall Domain and DNS (Godaddy) Active Directory Group Policy Mail Configuration Troubleshooting SSL Certification Web Host Manager Ubuntu and Window Microsoft Teams VPS Routing / SwitchingSkills: Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows servers in production environments. Configure and administer CPanel/WHM and Web Host Manager for hosting operations. Handle domain registration, DNS management, and hosting configurations through platforms like GoDaddy. Configure and maintain Firewall rules, network security policies, and access controls. Administer Active Directory, user accounts, organizational units, and security groups. Implement and manage Group Policies (GPO) for enterprise systems and users. Configure and troubleshoot mail services, email clients, and SMTP/IMAP/POP settings. Install, renew, and troubleshoot SSL Certificates for secure web applications and domains. Monitor and maintain VPS environments, ensuring uptime, security, and performance optimization. Support Routing and Switching activities for LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server, network, and application-related issues. Manage and support collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams. Perform backup, recovery, patch management, and system updates regularly. Coordinate with vendors, hosting providers, and internal teams for issue resolution and infrastructure improvements. Required Skills Strong experience in CPanel / WHM and Web Host Manager. Expertise in Firewall configuration and network security. Good knowledge of Domain & DNS management using GoDaddy or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy. Experience in Mail Configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SSL Certificate installation and renewal. Proficiency in Ubuntu Linux and Windows Server administration. Experience managing VPS hosting environments. Understanding of Routing & Switching concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams administration and support. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
