Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Architect

About this role

Required Skills & Experience Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud. Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules. Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment. Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS). Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports. Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred. Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Should be able to work independently on pre-sales work and sales demos to customer. Guide team to create new artifacts considering future trends
