Hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). ● Proven experience architecting multi-module SaaS products in Startup environments. ● Strong command over REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architecture. ● Exposure to AI/ML integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.). ● Expert in building AI-powered products using AI agents and modern vibe coding workflows to rapidly prototype and scale intelligent applications. ● Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). ● Proactive, fast-moving, and startup-oriented mindset, thrives in ambiguity. ● Deep passion for processes, documentation, and clean code. ● Strong debugging and reverse-engineering skills, ability to understand complex systems quickly. ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. ● Experience in AI-driven or HR Tech platforms is an added advantage. ● Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, or GraphQL. ● Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Git, and API documentation tools like Postman or Swagger. ● Prior experience in scaling startups or early-stage product teams.
