Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Python Developer with AI/ML expertise to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development using Python, along with hands-on experience in machine learning, GenAI or artificial intelligence projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and optimize intelligent systems and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications and APIs. Build and deploy machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI model training. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to develop AI-powered features. Optimize model performance, ensure scalability, and integrate models into production systems. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and Python development. To succeed in this position, you must: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in Python development. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Proficient in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, etc. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Docker, and Git. Familiarity with model deployment and MLOps is a strong plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML workloads. Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models. Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or big data tools (e.g., Spark).
