Job Title: RPA Developer – Blue Prism Experience: 3 – 6 Years Location: [Location] Work Mode: [WFO / Hybrid / Remote] Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer who can analyze business processes, design automation solutions, build Blue Prism bots, and support end-to-end automation delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Blue Prism development, troubleshooting, and deployment, along with good understanding of RPA best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Blue Prism processes and objects. Work with business teams to gather and analyze automation requirements. Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Configure new automated processes and objects using core Blue Prism capabilities. Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure quality delivery. Monitor and support existing Blue Prism bots and handle incident resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization. Follow RPA governance, coding standards, and best practices. Integrate Blue Prism with applications like ERP, CRM, Web, Desktop, and Databases. Required Skills 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Blue Prism development. Strong understanding of RPA frameworks and automation lifecycle. Experience in developing reusable Blue Prism components and exception handling. Knowledge of Object Studio, Process Studio, Work Queues, Schedulers. Good experience in debugging, code review, and bot optimization. Basic skills in SQL queries and working with APIs (REST/SOAP). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Blue Prism Developer Certification. Experience in other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
