Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for complex, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing (GraphQL), along with experience supporting CI/CD pipelines. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare domain and knowledge of compliance-driven environments will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web-based, database-driven, and Windows native applications. Build and execute automated test suites using C#, Selenium, and Playwright to validate functionality, performance, and reliability. Develop and execute API automation tests, specifically for GraphQL APIs, ensuring accuracy, security, and performance. Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot pipeline failures and automation issues. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with engineering teams to resolve defects efficiently. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality metrics are maintained and reported. Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks, testing strategies, and QA processes. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements where applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering. Strong programming experience in C#. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright. Experience in API automation testing, especially GraphQL APIs. Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch. Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience in the healthcare domain (EHR/EMR systems, healthcare compliance, HIPAA-related workflows, etc.). Experience testing Windows desktop/native applications. Familiarity with database testing (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus. Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
