Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Consultant / Developer Experience: 4–8 Years Location: [City / Remote / Hybrid] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules and strong knowledge of discovery, service mapping, and event management. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud Management (optional) Configure and manage CMDB, including CI relationships and data integrity Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and third-party tools Analyze IT infrastructure and operations requirements Develop workflows, business rules, and automation Perform system testing, UAT support, and production issue resolution Collaborate with IT Ops, DevOps, and Security teams Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM Strong hands-on knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping & CMDB Experience with Event Management integrations Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations Excellent analytical and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow ITOM Certification Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Exposure to DevOps or AIOps tools Experience in large enterprise IT environments
