Role Overview: The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and resolving security detections and incidents, with a primary focus on CrowdStrike EDR and CrowdStrike Identity-based detections. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity incident detection and resolution using Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms (CrowdStrike preferred) Strong exposure to Zscaler Zero Trust Architecture and other enterprise-level security controls At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Workstation and Server Operating Systems, particularly in an Active Directory environment Responsibilities: Monitor CrowdStrike console for medium, high, and critical severity incidents Take ownership of incidents through closure or escalate to the appropriate support tier Perform investigation, analysis, and remediation of security incidents Participate in ongoing Cybersecurity Teams discussions and coordination
