Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong experience in Tableau, SSIS, and SSRS to design, develop, and maintain reporting and data integration solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights and scalable BI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Develop, optimize, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes Design and deploy SSRS reports (tabular, matrix, parameterized, and drill-down reports) Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Perform data modeling and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance Optimize queries, reports, and dashboards for performance Troubleshoot data quality, ETL, and reporting issues Collaborate with data engineers, DBAs, and business users Maintain technical documentation and follow BI best practices Support production issues and enhancements as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, performance tuning) Experience with data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schemas) Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines Ability to work with large datasets and complex data sources Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Power BI or other BI tools Knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL, Synapse) Experience with Git / version control Basic knowledge of Python or scripting Domain experience (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
