Technical Business Analyst

Description: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Solution Expert with 5+ years of experience bridging client technology requirements and solution delivery. This role focuses on defining requirements, creating solution diagrams, and coordinating implementations for enterprise AI and telephony solutions. Responsibilities: Liaise with client IT and telephony teams to capture requirements. Create solution diagrams and technical documentation. Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements. Manage implementation roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Support proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production rollouts. Coordinate UAT, capture feedback, and manage defect resolution. Identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery. Prepare reports, executive presentations, and client updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business, or related field. Experience in telephony, AI, or enterprise solution design. Skilled in Visio/Lucidchart for diagrams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools. Familiarity with compliance/regulatory standards. Career Growth: Pathway into Solution Architect or Product Manager, leading end-to-end strategy and ownership of enterprise solution delivery
