Experience: 5+ Years Location: Coimbatore Work Mode: Work from Office Role: Senior Technical Lead – Python & Agentic AI 💻 Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in Python development. Practical experience with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture. Hands-on experience in Agentic AI / LLM-powered applications. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI agent frameworks. Strong SQL, database design, and query optimization skills. Experience with relational databases and familiarity with NoSQL databases. Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and project delivery. Excellent client communication and stakeholder-management skills. Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings. ⭐ Preferred Skills Amazon Bedrock and AWS-based Generative AI solutions. RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search. FastAPI, Microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture. Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD automation. AI observability, model evaluation, security guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
