The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to translate complex technical concepts into well-structured documents. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides, manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and release notes Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content Collaborate with developers, engineers, and SMEs to gather requirements Ensure documentation follows company standards and style guides Update existing documents based on product changes and enhancements Manage documentation versions and repositories Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency Support documentation for APIs, software applications, and tools Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with documentation tools (MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, etc.) Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to work with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing API documentation Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with version control tools (Git) Technical background or degree is a plus
