Telephony Engineer Description: We are seeking an experienced Telephony Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in integrating and managing enterprise telephony platforms. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SIP-based call flows, CTI integrations, and multi-platform telephony environments to support enterprise-grade communication systems. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain SIP trunks, call routing, and dial plans. Integrate telephony platforms with CTI and enterprise systems. Collaborate with network engineers to optimize QoS for voice traffic. Ensure high availability and redundancy across telephony environments. Monitor and troubleshoot SIP signaling and RTP streams. Document call flows, configurations, and integration standards. Collaborate with AI/ML and integration teams for seamless API-level integrations. Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience with enterprise telephony solutions. Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols. Hands-on experience with Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, or Twilio. Familiar with CTI integrations and SBCs. Relevant certifications are a plus.
