<p>We are looking "Team Leader" for Reputed Client @ Coimbatore Permanent Role.<br>• Responsible for recruitment and manage a team of relationship officer .<br>• Train and motivate team members to provide a better understanding of market/products.<br>• Monitor and review team members performance, help them achieve maximum business.<br>• Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.<br>• Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis<br>• Responsible for managing clients and acquiring new customers through referrals, meetups, camps, and client calls<br>• Experience: 1 years of experience is required in broking house.<br>• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.</p>
