We are looking "Team Leader" for Reputed Client @ Coimbatore Permanent Role.
• Responsible for recruitment and manage a team of relationship officer .
• Train and motivate team members to provide a better understanding of market/products.
• Monitor and review team members performance, help them achieve maximum business.
• Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
• Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
• Responsible for managing clients and acquiring new customers through referrals, meetups, camps, and client calls
• Experience: 1 years of experience is required in broking house.
• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
