<P>Job Title: US IT Recruiter<br> Location: Coimbatore<br></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:<br> • Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.<br> • Review and analyze resumes for technical requirements and job fit.<br> • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.<br> • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide interview preparation and post-interview feedback.<br> • Negotiate compensation packages (W2, C2C, 1099) and close candidates.<br> • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.<br> • Ensure compliance with client requirements and US labor laws.<br> • Maintain candidate and client data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).<br> • Develop long-term relationships with consultants and clients.<br></p> <p>Qualifications:<br> • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.<br> • 5-7years of experience in US IT recruiting.<br> • Strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).<br> • Experience working with various work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).<br> • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br> • Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva).<br> • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.<br></p> <p>Preferred:<br> • Experience working with US-based clients or in a staffing agency environment.<br> • Knowledge of time zones and US geographic regions for candidate placement.</p>
