
Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
• Review and analyze resumes for technical requirements and job fit.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Negotiate compensation packages (W2, C2C, 1099) and close candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and US labor laws.
• Maintain candidate and client data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.
• 5-7years of experience in US IT recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
• Experience working with various work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
• Experience working with US-based clients or in a staffing agency environment.
• Knowledge of time zones and US geographic regions for candidate placement.
