<p>Job Summary:<br> We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB architecture, with a proven ability to architect scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. <br></p> <p>Key Responsibilities: <br> • Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules. <br> • Design solutions to integrate Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration with enterprise systems. <br> • Architect and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate service dependency mapping and data integrity. <br> • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop architecture blueprints, and define roadmaps. <br> • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ITOM developers and admins. <br> • Integrate ITOM with external monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios). <br> • Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and compliance with best practices and security policies. <br> • Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. <br> • Oversee MID Server strategy, deployment, and scaling. <br></p> <p>Required Skills: <br> • 9+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow ITOM architecture. <br> • Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Suite: <br> o Discovery<br> o Service Mapping<br> o Event Management<br> o Orchestration/Automation<br> o Cloud Management (optional but preferred) <br> • Proficient in scripting using JavaScript, PowerShell, and/or Python. <br> • Strong knowledge of CMDB design principles, ITIL processes, and enterprise infrastructure architecture. <br> • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, SNMP, etc.). <br> • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating cloud infrastructure into CMDB. <br></p> <p>Preferred Certifications: <br> • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM<br> • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator<br> • ITIL v4 Certification<br> • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP – optional but a plus) <br></p> <p>Soft Skills: <br> • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills. <br> • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. <br> • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. <br> • Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. <br></p>
