<p>Job Summary: <br> We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Coordinator to manage, organize, and maintain accurate and consistent data across systems and departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in data handling, reporting, and coordination, and will play a key role in ensuring data integrity for decision-making and operational efficiency. <br></p> <p>Key Responsibilities: <br> • Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from various internal and external sources. <br> • Coordinate with different departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy. <br> • Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and stakeholders. <br> • Perform data entry and ensure compliance with data governance policies. <br> • Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot discrepancies or data-related issues. <br> • Assist in data migration, integration, and transformation activities. <br> • Collaborate with IT or data teams to improve data collection tools and processes. <br> • Maintain documentation of data processes and records. <br></p> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications: <br> • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. <br> • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-related role (data coordination, analysis, or management). <br> • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with databases or data entry systems. <br> • Good understanding of data integrity, confidentiality, and quality assurance. <br> • Strong communication and coordination skills. <br> • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. <br></p> <p>Preferred Skills: <br> • Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. <br> • Knowledge of SQL or data query languages. <br> • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or enterprise data systems.<br></p>
