
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Coordinator to manage, organize, and maintain accurate and consistent data across systems and departments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in data handling, reporting, and coordination, and will play a key role in ensuring data integrity for decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from various internal and external sources.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and stakeholders.
• Perform data entry and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot discrepancies or data-related issues.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and transformation activities.
• Collaborate with IT or data teams to improve data collection tools and processes.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-related role (data coordination, analysis, or management).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with databases or data entry systems.
• Good understanding of data integrity, confidentiality, and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Knowledge of SQL or data query languages.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or enterprise data systems.
