This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to work from anywhere across India. <br></p> ________________________________________ <p>Key Responsibilities: <br> • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges. <br> • Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and technical requirements. <br> • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. <br> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, operations, and product. <br> • Prepare and maintain business process models, use cases, user stories, and wireframes. <br> • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives. <br> • Conduct data analysis and generate insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards. <br> • Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help drive successful product rollouts. <br> • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders. <br></p> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications: <br> • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. <br> • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, product, or consulting environments. <br> • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and documentation standards. <br> • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. <br><br> • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. <br> • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. <br></p> <p>Preferred Skills: <br> • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. <br> • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. <br> • Domain experience in BFSI, healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus. <br> • Relevant certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA. <br></p>
