Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst with over 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to support organizational goals. This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to work from anywhere across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, operations, and product.
• Prepare and maintain business process models, use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help drive successful product rollouts.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, product, or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and documentation standards.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Domain experience in BFSI, healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus.
• Relevant certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
